ATTENTION HOMEOWNERS: The Hillsborough Perimeter Fence will be repaired by American Fence beginning early August. If your home backs up to the perimeter fence; American Fence will be in your backyard. A dumpster will be located at 144th between Ames and Hillsborough Drive for a couple days while the crews clean up all the broken fence. Thank you for your patience and understanding with this matter.

With all of the damage from the recent storm many of our Homeowners are allowing their contractors to post signs in their yards as a way to advertise their business.  While you may appreciate their services, posting signs in your yard is not allowed. Please respect your neighbors and remove any signs from your yard in a timely manner.
